This St Petersburg terrazzo restoration started with some serious problems.  One of the marble stones in the terrazzo had dissolved leaving pea shaped holes pitting the surface.  The holes were filed with acrylic fortified colored concrete to replace the red stone color to the floor and make it smooth for polishing.   After the final terrazzo polishing the floor has the beautiful smooth surface made super shiny with our advanced terrazzo polishing process.

This St Petersburg marble floor was polished with a highspeed polishing machine with diamond embedded polishing pads from 800 to 3600 grit before marble powder polishing was used to bring up a high shine on this marble floor.  This brought a very high shine from the marble but the home owner wanted more.  So the marble floor was densified and further polished using a marble crystalization process that took the shine to extreme.

Unfinished Wood Floor Cleaning and Sealing St petersburg, Florida

This unfinished Brazilian Cherry was used unfinished and unsealed for four years at Nova 535 in St petersburg, Florida.  It was heavily soiled and lifeless when we arrived.  First we rinsed the floor clean using a strong wood floor cleaning detergent worked in with a wood floor scrubbing machine and then rinsed with a truck mounted hot water extraction machine to steam clean the wood floors.

 

To deepen the color of the wood floor and enhance it's rich grain and color variations, 100% Tung  Oil was used for sealing the unfinished wood floor.  Wood floor sealing with Tung Oil protects the unfinished wood floor and enhances the natural beauty of the wood without providing a significant luster to the wood floor.
