Our first detergent breaks down greases and oils in the grout and suspends the soil in the grout. This is brushed into the grout lines with a grout brush. The tile and grout are then cleaned with a truck mounted steam cleaning machine. Steaming hot water is used to flush the dirt from deep withing the grout channel.
The key to getting the grout clean as new is the grout restoration acid cleaning. The grout restoration acid makes the grout release its hold on the remaining grout stains. This is again rinsed with our truck mounted steam cleaning a machine to thoroughly remove all the deeply embedded soils and detergent residue.
Edges are just as important as the center of the floor. We have special edge rinsing tool so that the edges come as clean as the rest of the floor. We are extremely picky about the details.
